- Exceptions for Damaged Products
2.1 Damaged Product Policy: If you receive a damaged product, you may be eligible for a replacement, provided you meet the following conditions:
- Immediate Video Evidence: You must provide immediate video evidence showing the unboxing and packaging of the product. This video should clearly capture the condition of the package as received, as well as the damaged product inside. The video must be taken as soon as the package is opened, without any delay.
- Reporting Time Frame: You must report the damage to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Any claims made after this period will not be considered.
- Verification and Approval: Upon receiving your video evidence and damage report, our team will review and verify the claim. If the claim is approved, we will offer a return or replacement for the damaged product based on the customer’s choice and will be initiated the request within 24-48 hours to the original payment method. In the case of Return the amount will be credited to the same account(Which will initiated to the payment gateway). Please note that we reserve the right to deny any claims that do not meet the specified conditions.

All the product shippings will be initiated through our Shipping Vendor(ShipRocket & ShipYaari) with in 72 Hrs from the time of Order Placement.
4.1 Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, even in the case of a damaged product claim.
